I made an order thinking it was a free trial and only $1.00 will be charged. I also read the fine lines and terms and clicked cancel because I did NOT agree to the terms and the conditions. I did not submit the making this order. On July 19th, Maria called me to validate and confirm my order. The payment was not submitted because I clicked cancel and X out of the site. I said, I do NOT agree to the terms and do NOT want this product. Maria confirmed and said your order will be cancelled, she will not submit the order. I was still charged $7.87 7/20 and $1.03 also on 7/20 and then $78.41 7/29. I've called numerous times re: this issue. I did not authorize this order and Maria who called ME to validate it cancelled. I did not receive any package because it has been cancelled on 7/19. Bellabrite gave me a tracking # that took me nowhere and refuse to refund the whole amount. I would be happy to send the product back if I received it. I never received any packages because the order was cancelled. How can I send you back your product when I never received it? There are notes stating and confirming the cancellation, why would they still supposively send out the product when I DID NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS and asked to be removed and cancelled! It's frustrating to get through and make them understand. I refused to submit to the order and did not agree to the terms from the start.
