I ordered a free sample which cost $1.03 on Jan. 5. The Terms of Condition indicated that a recurring charge would be forthcoming unless the customer called to cancel. I called immediately only to be told that there was no record of my order and that therefore, I would not be charged. When I received my credit card charges there was a charge for $76.13. I called immediately and requested the charge be cancelled or refunded. I talked to Andrew, agent #05046, who told me that nothing could be done and that I did not call within the time limit set by the Terms of Condition. I indicated that I did meet the terms of Condition and wanted a credit. He told me that the system can not give a credit but he would cancel further charges.
