I was on line looking into a personal loan, when 2 days later i notice a debit in the amount of 149.95 from my checking account. I disputed the transaction for over 2 hours on the phone and they agreed to refund the amount. This is not the end, The transaction resulted in a overdraft fee of 37.00 dollars, with 6.99 additional per day because it will take them over 3 days for my refund.
