I went online for a payday loan and while I was redirected several times I was sure that I did not request any credit cards. I closed out several attempts by the website to sell me credit purchases as that was not my intent or purpose on that specific site.
My bank was debited by USA Credit a couple days after that online experience. The amount of the debit was 149.00 which caused my account to be overdrawn and subsequently my account was charged 200 dollars in overdraft charges.
I called USA Credit to inquire and complain and they only told me that while I did not go directly to their site I did apply for their credit. I maintain that I did not and would like a refund and the cancellation of the account. They said that they would have to charge me 35 dollars to refund my money even though I had not recieved any documents or any benefit from the alleged transaction.in this instance a refund could not be made because there was no money in the account because of their fraudulent action a few days prior.
Thus my account is 323 dollars in the red because they saw fit to decieve me. Please help. I want my money bank and to be made whole.
