The bank has astronomical overdraft fees. If your acocunt won't cover a transaction, they approve the debit card transaction anyway so they can charge you the overdraft fee of at least $33 and then due to the transaction your account goes negative you get charged additional fees.
This bank actually made over $50 in fees on approving a $5 transaction. A honest bank would declined the transaction and spare you $50. After they rack up hundreds of dollars of fees, and you close the account and dispute the charges. They blacklist your Social security number so you cant open another bank account.
Staff incompetant? See another post where they opened another bank account in another branch using a clients name but wrong signature and no SN# on file
