I originally purchased my warranty through MEPCO who in turn sold it to AA Auto Warranty who in turned sold it to this fallacious company by the name of Consumer Direct Warranty Services BKA CDWS. I took my 2004 E320 Mercedes in for repair and after making my mechanic who "specializes" in Mercedes spent 6 hours jumping through hoops supplying CDWS with ALL requested information, my claim was denied. The reason for denial tell customer to review her Program Agreement which is impossible being that I never signed an agreement with CDWS. Further more, they instruction specifically state all disputes are between customer and repair facility.
