We had a smoothie company that wasn't doing much and they guarantee that their "college course" will help you succeed. It cost $10,000 for the "course". What we found is that they don't teach anything. They just repeat the same things over and over. I complanined about this and they said that's how learning works. I have 2 college degrees and none cost this much for what I felt was nothing. We paid several payments and then husband got terminal cancer and my health diminshed so had to give up business which I told them. We just received a summons stating they are suing us for $11981.01 stating we asked them for an extension of credit. We never asked them for anything and didn't partake in more than just a few of their online "classes". We don't own anything other than our cars anymore anyway. Our home was foreclosed on and we live with our children on Social Security. Is there anything we can do about this. I don't want any of this to affect our children.
