I bought a voucher for 3 Chirporactic sessions that stated it was vaild for 6 months, 7 days a week. When I rang it took me three conversations to finally get the right number for them and then I was told I could only book sessions on a Wednesday. I can't do Wednesdays and even if I could I wouldn't make it from my work to the clinic by 6.30 which is their latest appointment. I am not going to take 3 days off work just to use this as I feel the terms and conditions were entirely misleading. I want to be able to book on another day. I also want Groupon to develop some sort of proper customer service as this has only upset me further. I've sent 4 emails and rung over 20 times and still no answer. I'm an entirely reasonable person but I'm now getting fed up and want to get this sorted without wasting anymore of my time.
