I bought 6 sessions of laser hair removal at this salon through groupon. I have found it very difficult to contact them as they never answer the phone, when I do manage to speak to them they only ever have appointments about 2 months ahead of time. They cancelled my last appointment 45minutes before the appointment. Now today I turned up for an appointment and they were shut! With a queue of angry customers waiting to be treated. The man in the shop next door says they have not been open for 4 days. I am really unhappy with this groupon deal. I paid £129 for 6 sessions, but have only managed to have 3. So I am owed £65. Please can groupon contact me to refund me, as you need to check out who you let sell through you far more thoroughly.
