I booked a voucher for 3 chiropractic sessions that claimed I could use it for 6 months, 7 days a week. When I finally got through to book an appointment I was told I could only go on Wednesdays until 6.30pm. This is no use to me and I have been trying to get through to Groupon for a week now to complain. The customer service is a joke which has just made me more irate. To count I've sent 4 emails and rung over 20 times and still no reply. Any chance of someone actually replying to me soon so I can get it sorted out?
