I booked a room on line and in the small fine print there was a policy that stated I could not get my money back... I did not see this... And I have never heard of this before... I have given them notice today and my reservation did not start until the 28th... I could understand not refunding on the day... But i have given them plenty of notice... They will re-book my room! And they make double and I lose money! This does not seem right... Please help me I can not afford to lose this money.
