I booked a hotel room on the internet with this company. On arrival the booking had been cancelled. However I have not received any money back and the telephone number goes to an answer machine, the company who Alternate Hotels booked the room with are called Gullivers travels and when I spoke to them they said that Alternate Hotels had cancelled the booking with them. Obviously I have had to make anew hotel booking and have lost my £228.
