I purchased my Whirlpool Bravo Washer on January 23. This machine replaced my Whirpool Washing Machine which was 14 years old, and which I had never had a problem. It was so quiet that I often had to open the door to see if it was still running.
This Bravo machine sounds like it's going to take off any minute. It is so noisy that my neighbors have asked me if I have a problem. It's almost always off balance (or sounds like it). I live in a condo and would like to have an explanation why this machine has not had a recall. If Toyota can do it, why can't Whirlpool.
I have noted online that there have been over a 1,000 complaints about this machine due to rust, ring problems, etc. Why is Whirlpool waiting? It's their problem. They should have fired the engineer who dreamed this up.
