No Response About Problem With Product

I already paid for their product, Incredimail." They have a big list of Wallpaper which I tried to click to change my wallpaper. It doesn't trigger any change with my clicking the image. I, therefore e-mailed to [email protected] to ask for a solution to the problem. They never responded, their office being in Israel. They are running their business in the US but are ignoring their customer's request for solution to the problem regarding their product. I consider that an Injustice, after we answer their advertising of their product, by paying, hoping for good customer care and service. But they are giving a "deaf ear" and a "blind eye" to our e-mails screaming for their technological help.

It's odd that they have the audacity to run their business in the United States but they are showing their lack of care and concern for their customer's complaint and request for help regarding their product. Other companies are very responsive to their customers' questions and problems regarding the products they sell. I hope for a resolution to this recurring problem with your official clout to deal with unresponsive and uncaring companies like Incredimail. Thank you very much.
