No shipment order number or email confirmation when I placed the order. Called their 800 customer service number 5-7 times and no one picked up. Left voice and email messages, but didn't get a response till 2 days later. The merchandise I paid for is apparently on back order so I requested a cancellation and was promised a refund by July 6th the latest. Still no refund. No one is answering the 800 number (again) or responding to my flood of emails!
