Non-responsive to order, email and phone messages Ripoff

Due to the nature of my order, I was forced to use a different component company than normal. I've been making clubs for years now and have seen this company's webpage several times as I look for new component models.

I found what I was looking for at this site, placed my order, received my order confirmation email and then sat and waited, and waited, and waited! Finally I decided to email to inquire about my order, request a tracking number and asked them to update me on my order's progress... No response. I then called, left a message... No response. I emailed a few more times and then tried calling a few more times only to reach voice mailboxes that were full! My credit card was not charge, but I'm nervous to place this order with another company out of the fear that my card will be charged and then it would be impossible to return the merchandise (that is if they every shippped it!!!).

This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received from ANY component dealer on the internet. I will NEVER use or recommend this site to anyone!

If someone knows how to cancel an order from a company that doesn't return phone calls or emails, please advise!
