Do not place an order for your printer, fax, copier, inkjet, refill kits, MICR supplies, fax or copy machines or printers with Neximaging.com or 1-800-inkjets.com. They will rip you off. I placed an order on 1/21/02 that had an error in the credit card number. They called me and left a message to call on 1/22/02 because there was a problem with the order. I called them 3 times and sent them email over the next 3 days. There was NO response to any of my attempts.
Somehow, I got another order in their system on 1/25/02. Both order reflected they had been processed but now I had two orders. With a restocking fee of $15.00, I needed to get rid of one. I left messages again on 1/28 with no response. I was desparate and happened to get a live person on 1/29 through the 'place an order' option. I spoke to the lady that I had left several messages for and she agreed to cancel the first order.
I was told my 'good' order would ship in 1 to 3 days. It is now 8 days later and the web still doese not reflect shipment. I have left 2 more voice messages and 2 more emails. NO RESPONSE.
They have already charged my credit card.
DO NOT purchase anything from this organization. They can not be trusted!
