I orderd over two hundred dollars worth protien supplements from this website www.bigalphadogs.com on 22nd of july i recieved an email with confirmation of my purchase and an order number the next email i got on 29th of july a weak later with a ups tracking number. I waited for my shipment till aug 4th. Then i called their 1800 number on the site and also tried contacting them through email no body is there to answer the 1800 number and there is no option to leave a message and did not get any response from them via e mail. I called ups customer service with the tracking number that bigalphadogs provided me ups told me that we were not notified that we were notified by the seller that they were going to send a package but seller never send a package to ups and it has been over fifteen days and the seller does not responding to me i believe it is a ripp off that must be stopped I am going to file a dispute with them through my credit card company. Please do not buy anything from bigalphadogs.com unfortunately i did not use the paypal which i should have
