DataEntryBusiness Asking for refund as product is not what I expected, sent emails and no reponse

Requested for refund within 60 days period as per their conditions page. Sent several emails but no response. Refund procedure indicate to advise order ID number but email received did not indicate order number! So this is a RipOff as this means that I cannot get refund because no order ID was given to me!!
