I was directed to their website and was stated it was free to join. I signed up and searched the site and found i was charged $99.00 to join. I emmediately contacted customer service. The emailed me a refund request. I filled it out and emailed it back. This was all within 15 minutes of when i joined. They denied my request saying they have a zero refund policy. I have contacted them by phone and email numerous times and have gotten no response in regards to my refund. I have filed complaints with the federal trade commission and the better business bureau. This company needs to be stopped. They are a threat to anyone who joins.
