This is a follow-up on my False Advertising scam report of 6/27. I contacted Bidrack by phone and they said they would send me an email where I could request a refund. The email gave me a request number and a link to their website. I filled out their refund request online. They emailed me a refusal saying only fraudulent use of my name would qualify for refund. Emails went back and forth with Bidrack refusing to budge. I called my credit card company and they offered to make a conference call to Bidrack. With the three of us on the line, Carrie at Bidrack agreed to refund my $99 after I told her I was an extremely unhappy customer and would never do business with them because of their deceitful business practices. She asked me if I knew what the $99 charge was for. I said that I did not know why they had charged me anything.
