Never use Sears Appliance Repair Service

I called on a Thursday to make an appointment for my repair of my refrigerator. They had advertised for 234 hour service, but told me my first possible appointment would be on Monday with the 4 hour window of 8am until 12 noon.

WHen the technician was an hour late I called and spoke with a supervisor who tole me the technician would call and let me know when he would come. That didn't happen.
At 2 pm on I received an automated call telling me the technician MIGHT be late due to a heavy workload.
I will never call Sears again.
