This company seems to prey on those who are in the most need. We, too, have been bold-faced lied to. When we confronted this company by phone telling them we wanted a FULL refund, including the application fee, they retorted they they have us agreeing to this fee in a recording. So we asked them if they have the four seperate conversations recorded where they lied about the coverage for presciptions they promised would be covered. They hung up the phone at that point.
