The BidRack.com is not an honest website. They are tricking people to register and charge $99 fee without customer’s aware. Here are some facts:
1. I was unaware of the $99 charge until I received an order confirmation email from the website on 7/9, but the website was charge the fee on 6/29.
2. The bidrack.com said the sign-up is free, and no charges would be made just for if you win a bid. But, after I called for refund, they just said it’s stated the $99 fee in the agreement.
3. If the order confirmation was received in few minutes like other most of online purchase, even within 24 hrs, which is unusual long, I would ask for full refund from the website immediately.
4. When I search online with ‘BidRack’, and I just realized I’m not the only one who was tricked. Please see the link http://usacomplaints.com/report/view/115/www.bidrack.com-Other-for-99.00-on-06-05. It reported “This report is part of the BidRack Group. It currently has 598 Filed Reports and $70,132 in Total Reported Damages. “ Also, many people like me feel the website is a kind of scam.
