Ordered new google phone and asked for international wireless only service for three weeks and nothing else. I told verison it was for my son while he was in china and that i did not know how to operate or set controls.
A month latter i get a series of bills totaling around $5,000. My son who is a minor was supposed to use phone for e-mail and to upload photos and use the internet, which was a fixed rate. I find out that they never set the unit correcly and texting and phone worked. Some people called him and texting worked and he used it instead of e-mail. I contacted the fcc federal communications commission because verizon records orders but could not find order and i found out they pay by commission? Verizons lawyer agreed to remove the charges after the fcc responded. Now they have removed all discounts from the account. This is a very difficult company to deal with.
