I bought a air card in 2008 carried it home, tried it out about 4 pm it did not work, I carried it back about 5pm, the same day, and received a full refund. A few weeks later verizon sent me a bill for service, I went back to the store talked to Dan Burnette I told him verison was charging me for service but I had returned the air card. I gave him my receipts proving that I had returned the air card, he made copies sent them to verizon wireless, but verizon continued to bill me anyway. I did not pay the bill that I did not owe so verizon sent the bill to collections all three collections agencies. I contacted the agencies faxed my receipts to them and the agencies took the charges off but next year verizon put the charges back on my credit report. I would dispute the charges again, verizon would put the charges back on my credit report the next year, this continues, i talked to several Lawer over the years they told me to pay the bill that I do not owe. I wrote The Federal Trade commission told them my problem, I tried to get in touch with TV problems with no success, what do poor people do other than pay the bill we do not owe.
