I received an email from Overstocked Auctions to participate in a bidding site that was offering electronics, called ZBiddy. Silly me! I registered and provided credit card information. I was not prompted to accept terms or conditions, nor did a receive the promised confirming email that would assign a password to give me access to the site. I engaged in a LiveChat with a representative "Monica"that told me "too bad" intital payments for bids are non-refundable. This was within a half hour of registering and I was still trying to figure out how to access the site. They are charging me $60.00 for a mistake.
