While searching around for a Kindle, I came across a line that said Free starting bids, 1 cent bids, Kindles auctions for as little as $23.64, so I clicked. I took me to another site for me to register, which also said Free! So, I did so, filling out the information, when I got to the credit card information part I called to customer service number. I explained I was registering and I asked why my card # was required since it said Free. The lady on the phone said it was to pay future auctions. Stupidly, I accepted that answer, and proceeded to enter my card information. Once completed I checked out the site and started using some bids. Later that day I noticed that $99 was charged to my credit card. I called Bidrack immediately, this lady said I choose that bid package and they do not give refunds. Even after I explained that one of her co-workers told me the card # was only put on file for future billing, the newest lady on the phone said "How do I know that? But still No refunds." But she sure was quick to give me free bids for my trouble. I don't want more bids... Bids won't buy diapers! And moreover, I don't want their products... Besides the few electronics I have not seen even ONE name brand product... Which is another falsity associated with Bidrack and their advertising.
