I recently purchased a HD TV. The 1st delivery was over 2 hours late without any notice. On top of that, the TV was damaged with big cracks on the screen. After a long conversation with customer support, 2nd delivery was scheduled in the evening time a couple of days later. Then the delivery team called with a completely different time and saying it was not their business to sort out the delivery time. What was most joking was they tried to deliver during lunchtime saying they were a bit early. Regarless of my opinion, they just came deliverd it 2 hours later completely ruined my son's mealtime.
The TV doesnt cost much but dealing with sears people cost my confidence in sears. FOR a long long time I wont shop in Sears. Life is too short no need to go through such unpleasant experience!
