My delivery date was set for my new dryer for 22 Feb @ 2:45 - 5:45. The day of delivery, we received a call saying they couldn't deliver until 1 March, because of snow somewhere else. We had NO snow in our area, and very little elsewhere too.
I tried to change the 1 March date to a earlier date, seems they only deliver 1 day a week to our area. So because of this I have to be inconvenienced and yet still pay out the nose for delivery.
I think this is very bad for business, I will never buy from Sears again. They have lost my busines for good, also plan on telling everyone I know how bad Sears is!
