Erin Holmes of Capital Lending was handling a timeshare sale for me. She said I had to deposit $750 through Western Union to do a title search on my deed. She indicated that she could do the search in a few hours time and that the deposit would be refunded to me that afternoon. She never called back and she dose not return my phone calls. The Western Union charge was $66 and it was forwarded to Fort Lauderdale, FL using my middle name as the recipient (for my protection she said).
