and when contacting MJ, i get this reply 'Okay. I will note this problem and make a report and pass this issue to the billing department, so that action will be done and solutions will be made as soon as possible. I will also do an update on this as often as I can. Please do not worry. Rest assured that this will be solve as soon as possible. Billing department should make a quick actions on this.' and also after waiting for months, they say
' I understand but we do not have the timeframe on that. They will be the one to get back to you through the email provided above once resolved.'
