I must say I%u2019m disappointed in Magic Jack%u2019s technical support.
The above issue numbers are the only ones I saved, nut I spoke to your staff previously about your billing problem.
I%u2019m going to reiterate my predicament once again. I cannot add funds to add a year to my license or increase my international calls for 732 XXX-0538.
MY AMEX CARD ending in 1013 is correct. The last step is keying in my 4 digit security code. I get the message %u2018LOADING%u2019 and instead of getting a confirmation I am returned to the screen where I have the option of renewing my license.
You keep telling me my account is being reviewed.
By now you could have reviewed it 50 times %u2013 and that excuse is running thin. Last time I spoke to you clowns, you told me my problem was elevated to the highest level where Jesus Christ himself was working on it!
I want this issue resolved ASAP or you%u2019re going to receive some very negative feedback on various web sites!
