On this date, I paid to get my service reconnected. My bill was $441.48 but end up payiny $516.81. The reconnection date is 3/21 between 8:00am-12:00pm. I called customer service and ask to speak with a supervisor. A gentleman came to the phone only giving his first name, Pat. Without checking or pretending to check for availabilty to reconnect me he said there is nothing he could do for me. I have spent $516.81 to get my service reconnected and thats the best answer you could give me. Alagasco has been a problem for years with many complainants similar to minds but continue to give poor service and overcharge customers. When will it stop?
