Poor poor support for my Furnace & air conditioner repair. $4,400.00 for a new furnace... Air conditioner not working now, was working prior to new furnace. Called a week ago... Still waiting for repair man in 95 degree weather. Repair man talks about how overloaed he is... HIRE somemore people... Sears... Not complaint department in store ot business office... Wow... Not the Sears it use to be
