At the time sarah was just the manager of the smart style salon in camillus but has recently been promoted to district manager. It is unfair and disrespectful to fire someone over the phone for being sick. I called in because i have a migraine and i was throwing up i have severe chronic back pain and when im hurting i get sick. She had been trying to make me look like a bad stylist and trying to get me in trouble over the stupidest things. She cornered me on the phone and was lying about what was going on she 3 way called me and she tried to make me fess up to things that i had nothing to do with. She got mad at me for cleaning. I mean come on when its slow you clean. She is so ignorant and shes a b*ch. She had no reason to fire me. And its not even legal to fire someone over the phone. She shouldnt of been manager of a salon when she only had 3months of experience. And her upper Donna has sat there and made all of us look like bad people. She is a liar and manipulative.
