My Poor Grandmothe

I wrote a complaint couple days ago about a stove being delivered to my grandmothers house, and Sears refusing to pick it up. I am on the phone right now, once again trying to resolve this. My 93yr old grandmother is so upset and can't understand why Sears would treat her like this. Why would Frank from the Woodbine store # 1342 sell a stove without mentioning it was a floor model and it is a final sale item? With no returns If he would have mentioned this, we would have never ordered this stove! Its been about 20 phone calls to customer service, and manager Angie who says I should deal with the sales rep that sold the item. Angie, why wouldn't you want to talk to a customer that has a problem with your sales person? I will be persistant in getting this resolved and l will continue to write the upsets they are causing a 93yr old woman who has been dealing with Sears for 50 years! Shame on you Sears.
