So I go into Sears on 3/28 and place an order for a stove and a fridge, to be delivered on 4/4. I schedule a vacation day so I can be here to accept the delivery. On 4/3 I am called and the item will be delivered to my house between 2:15 and 4:15 pm. I recieve a call on Mondy morning and they only have the stove not the fridge. But I am welcome to call the 1-800 number to look for the fridge. I call the 800 number fridge is still at the store. I call the store and guess what the fridge is t the delivery wharehouse. So they are still to deliver the stove to my house on 4/4 during my window, and the fridge the next day. Well the window passes and the stove never shows up either. I call the 800 number and I am told the stove was not delivered becuase I wanted both items delivered at the same time. Yes becuase I scheduled a vacation day. So here I am and no fridge and no stove, everyone at sears keeps telling me they understand. I am not sure what they are understanding becuase I do not understand myself. One of item numbers is 018401229188, the other item is 018401229186. The store where I purchased it is at the westfeild mall in chicago ridge. So now I burn a vacation. I have no fridge or stove becuase Monday is my garbage day and I throw out the old ones.
