Glass top cracked under warranty - Jenn Aire stove

I am soooo fustrated. We have a Jenn Aire stove from sears with the master protection plan. My husband and I were doing some canning and the huge pot slipped out of his hand and cracked the glass top of our stove. I have always been a loyal Sears customer and all but my stove are Kenmore applainces as a matter of fact I just went 2 days with a friend and purchased a new Kenmore Fridge and freezer and my friend purchased a fridge and stove. Again a loyal Sears customer that is where we went. So spoke to the store manager at the store we made the purchase and I explained my situation to him and he said they should definately cover that. I could "drop it from my roof" and with the Master Plan they will cover it. So I contact Sears on 3 different occasions and speak to them and yes it's covered. Great! So I wait 4 hours and pleanty of rearranging my schedule and kids schedules have my sister come sit at my house. To be told SORRY not covered it's abuse. OMG! Really I didnt take a hammer to my stove it was an accident. I am so sick and upset over this. I will NEVER shop at sears again and will never tell anyone to go there for anything. I may even cancel my delivery of appliances if possible. Why is it 4 different people tell me one thing and then a tech coemand tell me something else. Everyone needs to be on the same page. You expect customers to be loyal to you but you don't fell the need to be loyal to your VERY loyal customers. So why should I ever do bussiness with you again.
