Well after many phone calls and wasted hours, being put on hold for much too long and getting different stories from various reps, (because no body communicates) I finally got Sears to pick up the stove! The truck (sublet company) Sears uses for in store deliveries is called " SHA ZAM " This word, to me, indicates fast, quick, in a blink of an eye, hahahahaha. When 'SHA ZAM' delivered the range, my brother waited 6 1/2 hours with 3 children in tow. Frank from store 1342 Woodbine, said he would phone us with a 3 hour delivery window, he did not. Once discovered that hooking up the range was a problem, we phoned for pickup, that's when the issue of "Floor model" and "Final sale" was mentioned. Nothing was told to us. So I will now fight the re stocking fee! The fun never ends
