I am very frustrated at the inability of Sears to get their act together and remove a fridge that does not fit in my apartment and refund my money. The salesman in the cross county NY store measured wrong and it doesnt fit in throught my kitchen door. I have been without a fridge for a month now and the delivery service keeps changing pickup dates and times, phone numbers on file and ship to addresses since they like to pull up my previous address from time to time and use that as the pickup address. When i call to correct the information, i get put on hold and then disconnected. I just want this fridge out of my house and my money refunded back to me and i want to be done with sears forever!
