The company sales reps offer a seperate refund, once you are signing up they tactfully slip a new set of terms/conditions to you. Once you have signed up they give you access to several thousand listings and state clearly that the listings are not guaranteed to be accurate. This is because in fact they are not verified, researched, or checked to be actual pre-foreclosures. The company will offer you a refund after 90 days and then will tell you that you have to send them minimal 5 letters of denial that are signed, dated, name printed (by current occupant) and address also printed on the page. They claim to want to help the client, but when you call in with a valid complaint all they do is say that they will have a manager contact you and get off the phone quickly. This company is absolutely not legitimate in the endeavors that they claim to be capable of assisting consumers with.
