I have been putting my clean, uncrushed, or un broken recyclables fifty to a bag for some time now, and until today I never had any problems. I went to the center with two bags of cans, fifty in each bag two bags of plastic water bottles, fifty in each bag and one crate with fifty clear glass bottles, for a total of $2.50 for each bag and the crate, at five cents each it came to $12.50. The employee there told me he would only honor one bag of fifty, and the rest had to be weighed. When I asked if my friends "who I had rode there with" could each turn in a bag of fifty, I was told no. When I asked why, he said because we had all came in the same car, so therefore he did not have to honor it. As a result my refund came to only $9.00. I feel I was cheated as well as treated most rudely. If we pay "crv deposits" on our drinks and water we should be entitled to the full refund as stated on each container. Something needs to be done. The economy in it's present state means every penny counts even more so now. I am hoping by filing this that something will be said to this recycling center. Thank You
