Prison or jail phone provider took the fifty dollars for phone calls and my son still hasnt been able to call says there

I pttut fifty dollars on my phone for my son to call me from slo county jail and when he trys to call me its says that there is no money for him to call globeltelllink says that I owe them twenty eight cents and I never got one call for that fifty dollars so how do I owe them thay owe my fifty dollars or for my son to be able to call me and this isn't the first time I no that thay do it to so many more people I would like for us people to get what we pay f.
