Have been responding to Publishers Clearing House, received mail from above Commission that I was eligible to receive prize of 2 million dollars.instructions were to return form with payment of eleven dollars and fifty nine cents to the address on envelope for acquisition fee. I foolishly sent a check for the amount the first time. Around April 2nd of 2012. Today I received a third mailing for the same amount. I talked with a BBB representative who advised me to file a complaint. I would like to have a refund from these scammers in the ampunt of $ eleven dollars and fifty nine cents. Thank you.
