I recently purchased a Samsung refridgerator from HHGregg for $1,900. I was so excited about my purchase and couldn't wait to receive it in my new home. After my refrigerator was installed and I waited five hours for it to cool (as instructed), it did not work. A technichian came out and couldn't fix it so I scheduled for an exchange. Let me say that they are the worst company to deal with. They exhibit poor customer service skills and the managers all have attitudes. They are not willing to work with your schedule and pretty much put you out on the back burner after you've given them your money. Let me say that it's been a whole 10 day and it is still in my house waiting to be picked up. I will not give up until I get my full refund. I will then find my way over to Lowes like I should have done in the first place and purchase it from them. I am very sorry I went to HHgregg and I will never step foot in that store again.
