Never Refunded for Return

I placed an order on the 25th of October for transfer paper and had not received it by late November so I called the customer service line. I talked to John and he said that the product I wanted was back ordered and that my slip must have been misplaced because I should have been notified. He said he would check into it and get back to me. Several days later I received an email from John stating that the product I ordered would be out of stock for a while would I like anything else instead. They had already depted my account back in October. I replyed to the email that I wanted that product and if they didn't have it I wanted my money back. A week later with no notification I received a lesser product by mail. I tried numerous times to contact them through their contact form and by phone. My requests were never answered. I finally sent the product back and assumed they would credit my account. They have never done so and I have called and emailed at least 20 time. They refuse to contact me in regards to my return or the money they owe me.
