I purchased a HEWLETT POOPER A256C p.C. For$1600.00 no printer. It was a NITEMARE upon plug-in. Today 1-15-04 it is 8 weeks young and has been to the "POOPER" repair shop twice. Thus I have had possesion for 5 weeks of which at least180 hours have been on the phone with a "POOPER" technition (s.) I also have at least 30 hrs. With Microsoft @$35.00 per hour=$1050.00 DOLLARS. I am waiting to here from H.P. Today as wether they will replace the computer. They have refused so far. Problems I have are: Crashes (everyday) the Nvidea is the crash analysis, It freezes everyday, I encounter "errors" all day, Motive Smart Bridge "must shut down, Cannot configure, ECT...
