I have bought two hewlett packard computer and every one of them the motherboards orange on. The very first, i purchased in terrell, texas at walmart in november. The following one i purchased one line at walmart also it orange out before the warranty was up. I got it to laptops.com in kenner along with the specialist explained the motherborad had blown out and when it was still under guarantee deliver it back to hewlett packard; you undergo all sorts of changes with these people about the phone simply to get them to send you a container to send the computer back. I delivered it for them and they returned it saying that it had been plagued with cockroaches. What i came across today (9/04/08) that there were no roaches within this pc what they chose to do was return but whoever the technician was did not strengthen the case and left it open and that i eliminated it today since i desired the box. I have no idea if can there be plan simply to sell defective merchandise to walmart. Since i understand several those who have purchased hewlett-packards and got tricked and went and bought another computer since hewlett-packards customer support offered them a frustration.
