Terrible! Do not use teleflora! - Floral Arrangement
Terrible, terrible, terrible! I ordered a "deluxe" bouquet jam packed full of roses, lilies and a few other flowers. I received a call from Customer Service stating that they were requesting "florist choice, " and in the event the local florist did not have all of the flowers in the requested bouquet, I'd have to rely on the florist's "artistic skills" to design something of equal value. I asked (twice) and was assured that it would be equal value to the $80 I spent on the arrangement. I was appalled when I saw the picture of the one that arrived. There were TWO daffodils, 3-4 red carnations and one big white flower that I had never seen before. Oh, and they "threw in" a dead baby mylar balloon and a bow that looked as if it was taken from a gift last Christmas. I could have done better had I gone out and picked a few weeds. Even if the local florist didn't have red roses (who doesn't have roses on Valentines day??!), if the arrangement was done tastefully & there was an array of alternative flowers, I wouldn't be as upset. I will never use teleflora again!!!
